Forging (Hammer forging/Drop forging/Extruded parts)
Series: small/middle/large
We maybe offer the best-known method. Here the work piece will be put into the lower die and the upper die stamps onto the work piece (example: drop forging) or the work piece is insert into a pressing mold and the male mold presses it into the form (example: extrusion) On middle/large series this method can, as long as the geometry and tolerances allow it, lower the cost strongly.
